Quality Management at the Agence Bibliographique Nationale
The Agence Bibliographique Nationale has as its mission the collection of French editorial production, the effectuation of its bibliographic description and the advertisement of this for readers of the Bibliothèque nationale de France, publishing professionals and all other categories of users. This article describes the quality management put in place in the department of the Bibliographie nationale française since 1995 in order to better satisfy the demands of users.
