Quebec's university libraries : consultation as a development lever
Failing resources have led Quebec's university libraries to collaborate in various ways to meet the challenges created by expanding technologies and increasing number and range of demands. Libraries have joined together to draw up a Plan directeur triennal 1993-1996, to describe joint activities and chart future development.
