Guidelines about book circulation between university libraries
New guidelines about book circulation between university libraries have been decided and are effective since May 1st 1981. Their aim is to simplify and to define more accurately the lending procedures. They also tend to improve and accelerate the borrowing process and to define of practical method for sending the documents and getting them back. Telex procedures are included in these guidelines
