Training courses for users and site policy: A case study from Alsace
The site policy and the Alsace documentation steering plan 2013-2017 have involved several years' worth of successful collaboration, organising and strengthening the range of training courses on offer for users. Working groups, including the well-known Label Formateur, have effectively and lastingly taught increasing numbers of librarians to train users, who have benefitted considerably from the policy.
