Surveying the use of e-resources at Nice University Library
The article is in two parts. The first looks at the results of a qualitative survey of university research groups who use e-resources, focusing on their familiarity with the resources available, the flow of material, how it is financed, and their dealings with the university library and its staff. The librarians respond in the second part, outlining the lessons they have learned from the survey and the changes they intend to implement as a result.
