Networks of religious libraries in France and Europe
Like many other types of library, religious libraries have long formed co-operative networks to share their activities, catalogues, collections, and so on. Leading groupings in France include the Association des bibliothèques chrétiennes de France (ABCF) and Patchwork, a network of Protestant libraries. Across Europe, the european theological libraries network BETH works on a number of major projects, in close partnership with the major union catalogues in the field of religious studies.
