In the last ten years, the network of public libraries in Singapore has seen spectacular growth in terms of infrastructure, frequentation and performance. This is the result of the actions of the National Library Board focusing primarily on conviviality, centralisation, automation based on the RFID, and innovative services aimed at individual and corporate users alike.
