The Information Charter and acquisition policies: how to do things with words?
The documentary charter of the Bibliothèque publique d'information, published in 2005, brought together a general text which reaffirmed the principal objectives to be set in place, reiterating the selection criteria and describing the evolutionary perspectives for the coming years, to include about thirty identification sheets by subject. The tools for implementing these objectives are on the road to completion.
