Candidates and juries: a propos of library competitive exams

The argument that competitive exams for the recruitment of civil servants are only professional when they are open to candidates who are already in possession of a professional diploma, has been overthrown. In particular under the influence of library professionals who make up the juries for competitive exams. The author of this article challenges the lack of opening in the make up composition of juries and proposes two solutions to get away from the hypocrisy and iniquities of the present situation.
