New communication technologies have encouraged us, directly or indirectly, to modify our way of working as far as objectives and means are concerned; but they have also changed our dealings with users - genuine partners within the system. More involved with the networkings of research, we have now become an essential link for putting in place platforms for the management of knowledge produced collectively around a subject.
