From catalogue to upgraded catalogue

Most of the electronic services of libraries will be available on their websites from now on. Three approaches can be envisaged for accessing, with consistency and readability, those heterogeneous collections of information, references and data: the organisation of the website around the contents and services on offer, centralised integration by enrichment of the catalogue at its source, and the diverse structuring of the corpuses according to their particular norms and standards (notably at the level of the format of the data) while reserving the unifying role for a "meta-motor".
