Electronic Commerce and Lending Establishments

If electronic commerce appears today able to participate in a profound movement of deconstruction/reconstruction of the supply chain of multiple activities, it mainly questions, it seems, the cultural goods and products sector. This movement, which takes, at one and the same time, the form of a transformation of remote sales methods of cultural products (books, cds, videos) and a progressive dematerialization of acts of exchange carried out on literary, musical and audio-visual works, is liable to change fundamentally the position and the function of lending establishments.
