The Internet is my age : «Internautes de l'Oise»
In March 1998, the conseil général de l'Oise began an operation called «Internautes de l'Oise» in order to open access to the Internet to its rural population. Four people, recruited through youth employment and affiliated to the regional library, criss-crossed the region and presented this operation in libraries, schools, etc. This article presents an assessment of fourteen months of touring and analysis, by age divisions, of the reactions of the diverse public reached.
