The library and the culture
The author wonders if the librarians, confronted with a changing world more and more dominated by the information floods, are still able to offer an organization which, through their activities, would give a coherence to their mission, and also to propose marks and opportunities for these publics, individually and socially, to have their own point of view and to win their freedom of citizen.
