Users' satisfaction and needs in the multimedia library of the Drôme department
This paper analyzes the results of a survey about the direct users of the multimedia library of the Drôme department. Conducted by three Quebec students and the local staff, it had two main objectives : to measure the users'satisfaction concerning the existing services and to identify the needs for the not yet offered ones.
