The Orléans multimedia library
The Orléans multimedia library opened in May 1994, a very important event for the city : immediate success, curiosity and fashion effect. Two years later, the authors found interesting to confront theory and everyday functioning, to take assess of the architectural choices, and of the organization of the space and services.
