Libraries' evaluation : what for ?
Results and comments of a survey on users of the university library of Toulon. These students are heavy users of the library, but they express some critics about the number of seats, books quantity, actuality and choice. They sometimes regret the lack of communication with the library staff. With these informations, the library has begun a reorganization and is planning some changes.
