The users of the Ardèche music bus

The policies concerning the acquisitions and the servicing interferes in the public service and influences directly the segregation of the users. The music bus of Ardèche satisfies almost unanimously its present users. It is an instrument of education and culture in a rural department where this one is neither important nor various. The music bus has however becoming the bus of only one class of adults, excluding the children and the teenagers - even if it's not their unic source of music. So, its develop-ment has to pose many problems.
