Documentation and administrative publications : an interview about the missions of the CCDA

Presentation of the activities of the Commission de coordination de la documentation administrative (CCDA). Created in 1971 as attached to the Prime Minister, the CCDA received immediatly a double mission : investigation and consulting about questions of documentation, coordination of public offices publications by expressing its opinion about every new publication. The later mission has recently been extended to all the information products intended to administrative public. Moreover, the CCDA originated ORIADOC and conducted different investigations : situation of documentation personnel in public offices, utilization of data banks, audio-visual.
