Bookmobile libraries and lending to users.

The depopulation of the country and the media revolution have brought the functioning conditions of the central lending libraries into question again; though the usual towns are not satisfied with the traditional deposit anymore, they cannot afford to establish municipal libraries. The direct loan by mobile libraries is the only means to supply country people with a service similar with the city dwellers'. Although the direct loan is a very heavy investment for the central lending libraries, it may be left aside only if the town can actually take over.
