The Marketing in the University libraries : a study of the users of the department of law at the Bordeaux University library.

In order to identify the users'needs and behavior, the Department of law and economics at the Academic library of Bordeaux I University has held a double inquiry at a 2 years'interval. The purpose was, first to evaluate the users'overall satisfaction rate, then to measure the way they receive the library information, and to study their needs. From this inquiry, it emerges that the services would be improved by a cooperation, not only between the library itself and the other libraries of the university, but also between librarians and users.
