What skill set for research libraries? Skills and competencies profiles at LIBER
Since its very first strategic framework, LIBER, the association of European research libraries, has always focused on the skill sets needed to develop services and governance at research libraries. The article looks at three such frameworks from 2009 to 2022, concluding that LIBER seriously boosts the profile of libraries by working towards strengthening the field of Open Science.
