Gallica (1997 – 2016): from "honest man's library" to "Gallicanaut"

The BnF's digital library Gallica and its 3.7 million documents is constantly growing. Expanding the collections, improving the interface, promoting dynamic interactions with the programme's digital partners, and furthering dialogue with users, known as "Gallicanauts", are key to the project's development, nearly twenty years after it was initially launched.
