A stroll round the literary web for 2013, or how some (not all) authors have started using the web...
Franck Queyraud, head of digital mediation at the Strasbourg multimedia libraries, takes a literary stroll through the highways and byways of the world wide web, looking at a number of contemporary authors who have seized on the opportunities offered by the internet to adopt a new literary style, giving their readers a multi-dimensional experience combining writing, pictures, fiction, travel journals, and correspondence. He also looks at the issue of promoting, mediating, and conserving such works of contemporary fiction in library collections.
