ENSSIB, the librarians' library: notes towards a history of the institution
The ENSSIB library is both a collection of resources and a site where pupils and students can put their ongoing librarianship training into practice. The article looks back at ENSSIB's history and how the profile of users has changed over the years, and describes its resources, its documentation policy, and the services offered. It also discusses possible future developments in the light of the current debate about the library's remit and objectives. The role of ENSSIB's digital library is also highlighted by Thomas Chaimbault.
