Librarians and information managers: two professions moving closer together
Following a rapprochement brought about by the common use of new information technology, librarians and information managers realized that users and their new exigencies were central to the evolution and the convergence of the practices of their professions. At the same time, the new documentary products incite change for two professions which are reunited around the concepts of access and mediation.
