The method used is based on an inventory of skills used by professionals and on a projection of the skills necessary for tomorrow's workers. These two sets of elements define some competence targets that training courses are intended to attain. The theoretical foundations of the method, the strictness of its implementation, and the presence of experienced professionals in the working party set up by the CNFPT, guarantee a high degree of reliability for these activities.
