Practising Partnership to Participate in Local Life: The Example of Blanquefort
To participate in local life, libraries must today establish privileged links with partners of diverse horizons. In order to succeed in this type of activity it is advisable to have a workable approach, adapted to objectives. Through the experiences of the town of Blanquefort, this article tries to present the conditions in which libraries can assert themselves as one of the actors in the democratisation of culture.
