The electronic periodicals
Scientific, Technical and Medical journal articles are now published by the main STM publishers through an electronic production chain based on the SGML standard. The structure of articles is also standardized at the international level. CD-Rom and on-line publications are tested with the participation of North American and European libraries. The experiments will allow to define new search and browse functionalities as well as to determine the prices and the related copyright rules.
