Scientifical and technical information in higher education : 1984-1989, trends and prospects in universities

Since 1984, after the laws on higher education have been promulgated, training in scientifical and technical information has been increasing within the universities, especially for the first two years and post graduate students. For the first two years students, such a training seems to be particularly efficient for obtaining a diploma and for finding a job. For the post graduate students, training in technical and scientifical information is fundamental for information retrieval. In a general way, the future of those trainings depends not only on the cohesion of the training staff, but also on his intention of sharing competences and abilities.
