An inquiry about how students and teachers perceive the library at the Centre multidisciplinaire de Créteil

In order to complete an inquiry about attendance realized in 1988, the Centre multidisciplinaire at Créteil entrusted a group of students in commercialization technics in analyzing the way students and, for the first time, teachers perceive library. They used the method of personal interview completed, among other things, by a questionary. This inquiry, which privileged the qualitative indicators, was directed to determine a more adaptated policy of communication. Nevertheless, if, after the suggestions formulated, the actions undertaken as soon as september 1988 prooved the efficiency of such operations, one is obliged to recognize that, for lack of means and especially for lack of personnel, some propositions are still only projects.
