What is a scientific periodical ?
Since the creation of the first scientific periodicals, the form and function of these publications have developed very little. Facing the proliferation of titles, librarians have been induced to confront the results given by the various methods of evaluation. The inventory of the French primary periodicals done by the MIDIST, is a their disposal. Their effecting improvements in national reviews should be appreciated.
