How do undergraduates use e-resources?

The article presents the results of a survey of undergraduates and their teachers carried out by the Observatoire numérique de l’enseignement supérieur, the body that oversees the use of e-resources in the university system. E-resources are rarely used by undergraduates but are increasingly used by their teachers. Teachers would like to see more e-resources available and accessible on dedicated, stable teaching platforms: this is where university ICT services and libraries can be of use. The article highlights one of the major issues arising from this development – how best to bring teaching and information resources closer together.
