The librarian of the year II
Imaginary interview of Georges Toscan, the first librarian of the Natural history museum. Created in 1793, the library was placed under the supervision of the teachers group and of the representative, Jussieu, who had an active acquisition policy. A proper librarian was appointed only one year later.
