Training periods in organization and management (June I977-October 1977). Synthesis of evaluation forms
In analyzing the answers to the questionnaire sent to all participants in these training periods organized by the Continuing education unit at the Service des bibliothèques with the assistance of the SCOM (Central service for organization and management) at the Ministère de l'Économie et des Finances, we can identify some interesting points: implementation of organization principles, problems in real conditions, shortcomings of the training and proposals for future periods.
