Prisme: a business resource and information centre for job-seekers and entrepreneurs at the BnF
Prisme is a service for job-seekers and entrepreneurs, neither of which are among traditional user categories at the BnF. Communication and partnership with outside support networks are thus vital. Various departments at the BnF also propose a mediation service to encourage return visits and to enable users to explore documentation on their own terms.
