The representation of the profession of librarians in secondary schools

The conception of the development of the CDI (centre de documentation et d'information) and of the relations with the pupils, the teaching and schoollife staff, but also the relation with knowledge and the aims of action are as many dimensions through which different representations of the profession are outlined around two poles : the management of a resource centre adapted to the pupil's autonomy, the technique or intellectual teaching methods for the access to information.
