Around the mine of documents on all aspects of regional life that could appear in the copyright register, and for answers to diverse and varied questions concerning Lyon and the Rhône-Alpes region and the sometimes vital need for precise and current information on economic, social and cultural events, the Department of Regional Documentation of the Municipal Library of Lyon has tried hard to gather a maximum of documents, with the single criterion that they are from the Lyon and Rhône-Alpes territory.
