The electronic library : a tomorrow or a today library ?
Times are coming when the nature, the function and the basis of libraries become completely modified. Libraries will become, are yet becoming, virtual or electronic libraries. Information as a whole and the accessibilities of information are getting immaterial. It will have serious consequences on users, on our work and on our mentalities.
